Methodology

Each assessment measures one thing on its own scale. Results are never added up into an overall score, compared against other people, or ranked against each other. Where a result has a line or a map, further along means more of what that line names — not better.

Every assessment carries one label describing the evidence behind it:

Validation and licensing are separate questions: a validated questionnaire still needs permission to use, and an original Infeee questionnaire can be ours to use while still being exploratory.

A validated instrument has been studied by researchers for reliability and validity. Infeee uses such an instrument only with its items, response format and scoring unchanged, and says who created and validated it. Infeee did not conduct those studies.

A research-based adaptation changes something about an original — wording, length, translation, format or scoring. The original’s validation does not automatically carry over.

An Infeee exploratory assessment is written by Infeee from published research. It has not yet been tested for reliability or validity, and there is no comparison group.

• Scoring is deterministic and happens in your browser, following each assessment’s documented rules.
• Each result uses its own native scale. Scales are not converted into a shared score.
• There are no population norms or percentiles. Where a result uses words like “lower range” or “leaned toward”, those are editorial reading guides based on the answer options, not scientific cutoffs.
• No AI is used to score or interpret results. Every sentence you read was written and reviewed in advance.

• These are self-report questionnaires: they reflect how you describe yourself, not an outside measurement.
• Answers can shift with mood, context and recent events. A result is a snapshot of today.
• No assessment here is a diagnosis, and none should be used to make clinical, employment or legal decisions.
• Exploratory assessments have not yet been validated; their interpretations are more tentative.

Each assessment page lists the research it rests on, with links. Sources are checked against the original research; where a reference is still awaiting that check, the page says so. Infeee does not invent citations, norms or validation claims.

If you choose, finished results can be added to a Self Map: one ruled line per measured dimension, grouped by assessment, with one marker per line. Nothing is joined, averaged or ranked across assessments, and the lines are not comparable with each other. Missing assessments are simply invitations, never gaps to fill in.
